For more than 13 years we have helped semiconductor, optical-component and electronics manufacturers keep their reliability labs and production testers running — and running better.
Our work spans the full stack of a test system: power and high-voltage electronics, PCB and FPGA design, embedded firmware, instrument control and the desktop software engineers use every day. Because we design each layer ourselves, we can upgrade legacy machines, build new testers to specification and support them long after installation.
